On February 7, grade 4 students had the opportunity to take part in a unique event - a videoconference with their peers from Romania, organized with the use of the Zoom platform. The aim of the meeting was not only to establish international contacts, but also to develop language skills and digital competences.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS
CONDUCTED BY A SCIENTIST OF IPPT OF POLSKA AKADEMIA NAUK
Through online workshops conducted by Dr. Magdalena Osial, students can get better understanding the world of science. They have the chance to learn not just from textbooks but also through engaging activities that stimulate their curiosity. But the most important thing was the fact that students could notice that ICT tools facilitate learning process. These tools allow students to connect with scientific concepts in a way that traditional methods often cannot.
One of the highlights of Dr. Osial's workshops is that it was possible to see real-time experiments and laboratory work of scientists just sitting in the classroom. This experience breaks down the barriers of traditional learning, enabling students to witness the practical application of scientific theories. By observing scientists at work, students can relate what they learn in class to real-world scenarios, fostering a deeper appreciation for the subject.
