Before the exchanges in Aljustrel and Póvoa de Varzim, the students of Szkola Podstawowa no 13 in Zawiercie, Agrupamento de Escolas de Aljustrel and Agrupamento de Escolas de Aver-o-Mar, Póvoa de Varzim organised virtual eTwinning mobilities. The students discussed the topics: 'Me', 'My family', 'My interests', 'My neighbourhood' and 'My town'.
As the result of eTwinning virtual mobilities, the students of the partner school created the multimedia presentation:

BY MUTUAL ACTIONS and PREPARING FINAL PRODUCTS BY INTERNATIONAL GROUPS OF STUDENTS
Students of the 3 partner schools conducted meteorological observations, taking into account such factors as air temperature, precipitation and air quality. The data was entered into the weather observation calendar, and on their basis temperature charts and visualizations of thermometers were created. Thanks to this task, students improved their mathematical competences by converting degrees Celsius to degrees Fahrenheit, or calculating the average temperature and temperature amplitude. By creating graphs, they improved their IT skills. The task was an excellent incentive for collaboaration by the international teams.

TAKING PART IN COMPETITIONS/ACTIONS
Students of lower grades carried out the project "Antek and Natalka in the world of great mathematics". The main goal of the project was to increase mathematical competences and develop children's interest in mathematics by completing tasks using the project method. During the project, students completed 5 modules: Mathematics on the road, Mathematics at the tailor's, Mathematics at the cinema, Mathematics for the holidays, Mathematics in architecture. In all modules, the characters Natalka and Antek acted as guides to the world of mathematics, and the activities undertaken by the participants contributed to the development of key competences. They also took part in numerous actions and competitions related to maths.
